George Amenabar

George has been at Northeast Flooring & Kitchens since its beginning in 2007. Today he focuses on sales, providing excellent customer service, as well as management. Having been with Northeast Flooring & Kitchens from the start, George is familiar with all aspects of our business and strives to provide customers with a seamless experience. Before starting with us, George served our country as a Marine in Iraq. We are proud of and grateful for his service to our nation. When George is not at work, he likes to fish, golf, and spend time with his wife and young children.

Ellie De Leon

Ellie began working with Northeast Flooring & Kitchens in July of 2024 after moving to Connecticut from Long Island, New York. In 2022, she received a bachelor's degree in interior design from the New York Institute of Technology. Ellie's extensive attention to detail comes from many years working as a Kitchen and Bath designer both in a showroom and as virtual design consultant. Ellie is glad to be at Northeast Flooring and Kitchens and says that the collaboration and kindness of the team feels inviting and assists in her continuous growth as a designer. Ellie stays busy in her free time going to the park with her two dogs, Sasha and Strawberry, along with spending time with her bearded dragon, Sammy, and with her family. She also enjoys reading and listening to audiobooks. 

Debbie Faist

Debbie will likely be the first person you meet when you enter Northeast Flooring & Kitchens as she works as our receptionist and as support staff. Debbie started working at Northeast Flooring & Kitchens in December of 2020. She enjoys keeping our showroom organized and watching the excitement of customers as their home projects come together. In her free time, Debbie loves canoeing and hiking, as well as going to the beach year-round. She also enjoys the fun and competitiveness of family game nights.

Alec Foucault

Alec began at Northeast Flooring & Kitchens in January of 2024. In 2017, he received a Masters of Architecture degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology and worked for many years as an architectural designer. In this job, Alec had the opportunity to work with Northeast Flooring and Kitchens on multiple occasions and says he always appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Alec's focus with us will be in assisting in the design and estimates for larger projects. When he's not at work, Alec enjoys spending time outdoors, playing golf, fishing, trying new foods, and attending Bruins and Red Sox games. 

Jeannie Langon

Jeannie began working with Northeast Flooring & Kitchens in June of 2021 after moving to Connecticut from California. Jeannie has extensive experience in the design field with a degree in interior design, and 36 years of experience working in her own business, JL Designs and Staging. She also worked for nine years at Carpet One Floor and Home in California. Jeannie enjoys working closely with customers to create spaces that meet their needs. In her free time, she enjoys gardening where she finds joy in the process of planning, planting, and then watching as her gardens grow and come to life.

Patrick Lyons

Patrick began heading operations at Northeast Flooring & Kitchens in September of 2021. Patrick joined us having extensive experience working in the building trade including owning and running his own businesses. He focused on the area of home remodeling and has experience with installation in homes from the roof to storm doors. He also comes with experience managing a warehouse and has studied supply chain management. In his free time, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife, his two Great Danes, and his daughters. He also enjoys cooking, kayaking, and gardening.

Dominic Rovero

Dominic began working at Northeast Flooring & Kitchens in August of 2021. Dominic joined us from the field of finance where he worked putting together retirement plans for companies and institutions. Dominic graduated from Bentley University in 2019 with a degree in economics and finance. Dominic is glad to be at Northeast Flooring & Kitchens and enjoys the variety of work he is doing along with the team-oriented nature of the company. Outside of work, Dominic enjoys riding dirt bikes, working out, and spending time with family and friends.

Alison Tourtellotte

Alison began at Northeast Flooring & Kitchens in October of 2024. Prior to joining our team, Alison worked at Sunset Nurseries designing landscapes and gardens. One project she especially enjoyed working on was completing a mosaic mural at the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp to honor the 4,000 donors who funded the rebuilding of the art building. At Northeast Floor & Kitchens, Alison's work is also design focused. She enjoys assisting customers in creating their dream homes and bringing them to fruition. When she's not at work, Alison likes to travel, cook, create art, and spend time with friends and family. 

Chris Williams

Chris started with Northeast Flooring & Kitchens in March of 2019. He joined us with extensive experience, beginning his career in the field in 1984, in the flooring industry. Chris develops and specializes in installation, product knowledge, sales, showroom management, and delivering a high-quality customer service experience. When Chris is not at work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, riding his bike, playing the piano, and watching The Office.

Justin Williams

Justin joined us at Northeast Flooring & Kitchens in August of 2020. He comes with experience working and managing in the retail industry. Justin enjoys meeting people and working with them to make flooring choices for their homes. He appreciates being part of a team of professionals at Northeast Flooring & Kitchens who are knowledgeable and work hard to make sure jobs are done right. When he isn’t at work, Justin enjoys spending time with his family including playing video games, taking walks, as well as bike and car rides.

Steven Williams

Steve began working in the warehouse at Northeast Flooring & Kitchens in November of 2020. Steve has extensive experience working in receiving and worked for over 20 years at Foxwoods where he managed the wide range of items needed there. Steve is happy to be working at Northeast Flooring & Kitchens and grateful for the teamwork that is amongst employees, where they have the tools needed to succeed. When he isn’t working, Steve enjoys walking, bike riding with his son, playing with his three grandchildren and his two cats.

Michele Woz

Michele joined us at Northeast Flooring & Kitchens in November of 2020. Michele’s background and experience is in the legal field where she studied and practiced law. After taking some time off, we feel fortunate to have her on board as the person who oversees all of our administrative functions and keeps everything running smoothly and everyone moving forward. In her free time, Michele enjoys time with her family, exercising, painting, and being involved in the community.
